Carroll CW Tsang is a Hong Kong visual arts practitioner. She holds the Visual Art Intelligence Professional Certificate (DALA Decoupage South Africa), the Deco Clay Craft Academy Deco Clay Instructor Certificate from Japan, and the Certificate as Zentangle Teacher awarded by the Chinese Zentangle Association CZA.

In 2022, Tsang earned the “2022 Brilliant Art Achievement Award - Gold Award" and “Best of Show Award” from Vision Art Media in New York. In 2023, she was selected for the "100 Female Artists in the World" by the same institute in New York.

Tsang’s works have been showcased in many exhibitions, both at home and abroad. They are collected by overseas art galleries, museums as well as private collectors.
