陳正帥，男，1966年生於臨沂 ,現山東省臨沂大學副教授，先後畢業於泰安師專， 曲阜師範大學，後進修於西南師範大學油畫助教班，清華大學教師培訓，中國國家畫院綜合材料繪畫高研班，中央美院訪問學者。

Chen Zhengshuai, male, was born in Linyi in 1966. He is currently an associate professor at Linyi University in Shandong Province. He graduated from Tai'an Teachers College, Qufu Normal University, and later studied in the oil painting assistant class of Southwest Normal University, teacher training at Tsinghua University, China National Academy of Painting Comprehensive Material Painting Advanced Research Class, and visiting scholar at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
